Bobby's family was with him when he passed from this earthly home to his heavenly home.
Bobby's career was with the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Department until he retired at which time he settled in Astoria where he remained until his death. Bobby loved his family, his church, everything country and western, and Karaoke!
Bobby leaves behind a sister, Barbara Phillips; a son, Kenny Bivans; a daughter, Teresa Walters; three grandchildren, Kylee Gale, Trinity Bivans, Gavin Halter; and one great-grandchild,
Aspen Harmon.
There will be a celebration of life on September 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. It will be held at the
Assembly of God Church in Astoria, Oregon.
