Hillsboro, Oregon - David John Kinash was born 5/3/1939 to George and Henrietta (Jackiewichi) Kinash in Johnstown, PA. He grew up in Nanty-glo, PA.

He was preceded in death by his first wife JoAnn Nenninger and survived by their children Bryan, Wendy (Jim Zdrojewski) and Daniel (Yvonne) Kinash, 3 grandchildren and a sister, Georgina Kinash.

Dave graduated in 1962 from Penn State with a civil engineering degree, working in municipalities throughout 4 states. He retired in 2000 as public works director for the city of Cannon Beach, Oregon.

In 1992 he married Ramona Moore (McDaniel.) They had a small ranch in Seaside, Oregon for 30 years before moving to Hillsboro, Oregon.

Dave passed away peacefully at home on July 22, 2025. He will be remembered for his love of animals and his adventerous spirit.
