Warrenton, Oregon - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kelly Jean Parker, who left this world unexpectedly on July 5, 2026, at the age of 42.

Kelly was born on September 20, 1983, in Kodiak, Alaska. She spent her childhood in Seaside, Oregon, before returning to Alaska, where she graduated from high school. She later returned to Oregon to attend college, where she ultimately chose to call home.

She is survived by her sons, Dylan & Jackson Pace, her father, Burton Parker, and stepmother, Rochelle Parker; her sisters, Amber Parker and her husband, Kristofer Larson, Katie Parker; stepsisters Amber Danielovich, Katie Daniels; her brother, Burton Parker jr. and his wife, Amy; her stepbrother, Ricky Pitts; her nieces, Alyssa Jensen, and Mia and Zoe Parker, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

Kelly was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Pitts, and her brothers, Walter Parker and Mark Pitts. Her family finds comfort in knowing she is now reunited with them.

Kelly experienced significant loss which led to some personal struggles. Although those life's challenges created distance from her family at times, it never lessened the love they held for her or the special place she always held in their hearts.

Those fortunate enough to know Kelly knew she made friends easily and had the gift for making people laugh. She loved coffee, singing in the car, shopping trips, and any excuse to attend a social gathering with family and friends. She could embrace her girly side, but had no trouble keeping up with the boys. Above all else, she loved her sons with her whole heart, and the love she had for her family and friends was unmistakable

Kelly will be remembered for her hilarious sense of humor, adventurous spirit, and the beautiful dimple that brightened her smile.

A memorial will be held for family and friends on August 16th, 2026 from 4-6pm at the Bob Chisholm Community Center 1225 Ave A. Seaside, Oregon 97138

The family asks that you honor Kelly's memory by showing compassion to those who are struggling and by reaching out to loved ones whenever you can.

Kelly will be deeply missed and forever loved. Though her time with us was far too short, her memory will live on in the hearts of her two boys, and all who knew and loved her.
