Vancouver, Washington - Patricia Ellen (Farmer) Hardin, 83, passed away on April 17, 2026, in Vancouver, Washington. Patricia was born on March 17, 1943, to Thomas and Maxine (Nichols) Farmer in Riverside, California. Patricia grew up in Seattle, Washington

with sister Beverly and brother Tom, and attended Bishop Blanchet High School, graduating in 1962. In 1964, Patricia married Coast Guardsman Eldon Clarence Hardin in Seattle, Washington. Son, Michael was born in 1966 in Florence, Oregon. Son, Richard was

born in 1968 in Cape May, New Jersey. After stops in south San Francisco, Benicia and Petaluma, California, daughter, Kathleen, was born 1977 in Juneau, Alaska. Son, David was born in 1978 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Patricia received her associate in arts degree from South Puget Sound Community College in Olympia, Washington. Patricia worked as a file clerk for many wonderful years at the City of Lacey finance department. Mom retired in 2004 to spend time with her grandchildren, Solomon, Sage, Sienna, and Sebastian. Mom loved three things with all of her heart: her dear family, laughing with family and friends, and swimming in the warm waters of the Pacific Northwest in the summertime and in Hawaii.

She will be missed greatly by all.

A funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lacey, Washington on June 30, 2026 at 11 am. Interment will be held following Mass at 3 pm, June 30 at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Olympia, Washington.
